Who is Secondstrap?
Secondstrap is a small studio based in the Netherlands, founded by Abel, a watch enthusiast who kept running into the same problem: beautiful watches that arrived without a real way to wear them.
It started with the AP × Swatch Royal Pop. A watch the world had been waiting for, shipped without a strap, without a case, without anything that turned it into something you could actually put on your wrist. Abel waited weeks for someone to make the missing piece properly. When nobody did, he started doing it himself.
What began as one strap for one watch became a studio dedicated to a simple idea: that the way a watch comes out of the box shouldn't be the only way to wear it. That every detail, the rubber compound, the leather grain, the click of the case should be considered, not assumed. And that watch lovers deserve options that match the watches they love.

What is the return and cancellation policy?
All watch straps and accessories in original, unworn condition may be returned for a full refund to be issued back to the original payment method. Returns must be initiated within the 30 days return period. If you would like to make a return, please contact us at email and we will help you.
Please note that Secondstrap does not cover the shipping costs for the return, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for safe shipping to our office.
